It's no surprise the name 'colour tattoo' intrigued me. I'm covered in tattoos and for a brand to ambitiously name a product a colour 'tattoo' and insist it has 24 hours worth of wear in it is quite a claim - and though I can't say it absolutely does last 24 hours, I can confirm these little pots are worth all the ranting and raving that surrounds them.
I've been after a shadow from the Maybelline Colour Tattoo range for so long - I just couldn't ever find a colour suited to my usual look that was in stock when I browsed. Everybody goes crazy for these little pots of joy and now i finally know why. When I spotted Permanent Taupe I knew it was the colour for me. It has a pretty matte finish and can be applied with your fingertip, or blended out with a brush. I find fingertips work just fine, and the colour is quite buildable. I always opt for a lighter application to my lids that gradually builds up as it gets to the outside edge. This would work brilliantly as a base or transition colour for a dark smokey eye look, too. It really can be dressed up or down and it does stay put. I experienced no creasing at all and I will definitely be going back for the much talked about On & On Bronze!
Is there another shade from the range that I just have to try? Let me know, or tell me any similar products you're loving at the minute because I'd love to find something new!

I use the shade 'On and on Bronze' and I love it. It applies so easy and looks so pretty
